2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: facilitate matching between students and certified yoga instructors; process payments securely via Razorpay; send booking confirmations, class reminders, and transactional WhatsApp messages; improve and personalise our platform experience; respond to support queries and complaints; comply with legal and regulatory obligations under Indian law.
3. Payment Data & Razorpay
All payment transactions on SBY Yoga are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at https://razorpay.com/privacy/.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your data with: yoga instructors (only name, contact preference, and yoga requirements) to facilitate your booking; Razorpay for payment processing; Supabase (our database provider) subject to their data processing agreement; WhatsApp Business API providers for sending transactional messages; government or regulatory authorities when legally required.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your account data by writing to us at the contact address below. Certain records may be retained for up to 5 years to comply with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
