By accessing or using the SBY Yoga platform (website and services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. Description of Services
SBY Yoga is an online marketplace that connects students seeking yoga instruction with certified, independent yoga instructors. We provide a discovery and booking interface, payment processing (via Razorpay), and communication facilitation. SBY Yoga does not directly employ yoga instructors; all instructors are independent professionals.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and make payments on SBY Yoga. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Minors may use the platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. User Accounts & Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. SBY Yoga reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.
5. Payments & Pricing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Software Private Limited. Prices for sessions are set by individual instructors and displayed transparently on their profiles. SBY Yoga may charge a platform commission. By completing a payment, you agree to pay the displayed amount inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST). SBY Yoga reserves the right to modify pricing structures with prior notice.
6. Instructor Responsibilities
Instructors registered on SBY Yoga represent that: all information provided in their profiles is accurate and up to date; they hold valid certifications from recognised yoga bodies; they will conduct sessions professionally and safely; they will not engage in discriminatory, abusive, or harmful behaviour toward students.
7. Student Conduct
Students using SBY Yoga agree to: treat instructors respectfully and professionally; provide accurate health and fitness information relevant to yoga practice; attend or cancel booked sessions in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy; not use the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the SBY Yoga platform — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of SBY Yoga / Biyani Tech Solutions unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
SBY Yoga acts as an intermediary marketplace and is not liable for: the quality, safety, or outcome of yoga sessions conducted by independent instructors; personal injury, property damage, or other harm arising from yoga sessions; disputes between students and instructors; any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and governed by the laws of India.
11. Termination
SBY Yoga reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.
12. Modifications to Terms
SBY Yoga may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
